Service Agreement
|

- We provide advertising service to help those selling or buying a home on their own. We are a for sale by owner service. We are not an agent for either the buyer or seller; we do not accept commission from any party.
- You agree not to list your house with an agent while being listed with BrewCityFSBO.com. If you decide to use a real estate agent, you agree to tell BrewCityFSBO.com, and we will remove the yard sign and listing from the web-site without refund.
- Our one-time fee of $150 to $175 includes up to three months continuous listing on our web-site, and we will place a custom made for sale by owner sign with seller's contact number in the seller's yard.
- We will put the listing on our web site as soon as we receive payment and place a for sale by owner sign in the yard within 5 days.
- We are not responsible for any injury that may occur involving the yard sign or its placement. If you want your sign placed in a specific place, please tell us in advance.
- The custom made for sale by owner sign is the sole property of BrewCityFSBO.com. The seller is responsible for the condition of the sign. If the sign is not returned to us within 7 days of the end of the agreement or has been damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the seller agrees to pay $100 to BrewCityFSBO.com.
- Unless expressly directed not to do so in writing, BrewCityFSBO.com may advertise your listing on other websites, newspapers or other print media for the purpose to advertise your house or our service.
- The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the listing.
- Once the house is sold or three months of listing service has occured, which ever occurs first, BrewCityFSBO.com has the right to remove the listing from our website and remove the sign from the property. If you wish to continue listing after three months you may contact us to keep your listing for an addition dollar per month.
- You are responsible for notifying us of the changes in the status of your property.
