Q. What service does BrewCityFSBO.com offer?
A. BrewCityFSBO.com is a marketing service that brings buyers and sellers of real estate together while avoiding hefty realtor commissions.

Q. What do I get when I subscribe to your service?
A. You will receive an online listing and web presence for your home with as much space as you need to describe it. A professional yard sign, access to change your listing 24/7 and the ability to upload as many as 7 photos of your property. See the What’s Included page for more information.

Q. Is using BrewCityFBSO.com same as using a realtor?
A. No. We are a marketing service only and DO NOT represent the seller or the buyer.

Q. How much does it cost to list my property?
A. The standard listing price is $150. However, we offer a package where we would take digital photographs of your home for additional $25.

Q. How long will my listing remain active on BrewCityFSBO.com?
A. Your listing will remain active until your property is sold or taken off the market. It will cost an additional $1 per month, after the initial 6 month payment of $150 or $175.

Q. Is a real estate sign included in the price?
A. Yes. A professional real estate yard sign is included in the listing price. The sign will be installed within 5 days of listing.

Q. Is the sign mine to keep?
A. No. The yard sign is property of BrewCityFSBO.com. If the sign is damaged or stolen, $100 payment must be paid to BrewCityFSBO.com to replace the sign.

Q. How long does it take to get my home listed?
A. Once the payment is processed, you are in complete control of listing your own home.

Q. Can I make changes to my property listing?
A. Certainly! You can make changes at any time by logging in to your account.

Q. My house has sold, how do I remove it from the site?
A. Simply login and change your property status to “sold”. Also, you can email cancel@BrewCityFSBO.com and we will remove the listing for you and pick up your yard sign. Please make sure that the sign is available in your yard for pick up.

Q. Can I simultaneously list my property with a realtor?
A. No, if you decide to list with a realtor, please notify us immediately. Send an email to cancel@BrewCityFSBO.com and we will come pick up your yard sign. You may advertise in any other medium you wish wile your property is listed with us.
