BrewCityFSBO.com started as an online service company in early 2006. The mission of our website is to provide our customers an easy to use, information rich forum (for users) to sell Milwaukee real estate without involving brokers, or to search for properties for sale directly by the owners.  Selling property without a real estate agent is not a new trend; it’s just never been this easy.  More and more people are realizing that they can save thousands by selling FSBO and eliminating broker commissions of up to 7%!

 BrewCityFSBO is a joint venture, with Tyler and Anna Olson as principals. Tyler attended the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, and has extensive experience in real estate, and as an Investment Advisor. Anna has a business and marketing degree from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee and considerable experience in the area of corporate benefits management.

 We recognize the challenges associated with house-hunting, and in selling property. As investment property owners on the east side of Milwaukee, we understand the growing vitality of that part of town, and as lifelong Wisconsin residents, and long-time Milwaukee residents, we are familiar with the dynamic nature of the community at large. We share the vision of Milwaukee as an expanding, improving, diverse and overall, a very cool city.

 BrewCityFSBO.com has been created for those people who enjoy thinking and working outside of the “box”, and for those who seek the most economical solution to either selling or buying property.  Our focus is on getting information and other necessary resources to sellers and buyers, and to support buyers through the listing and marketing aspects of selling in an efficient and expeditious manner.
